We do not provide alcohol for events. However, we will give you a complimentary beverage consultation to assist in your custom craft cocktail selection and beverage menu. Also, his/her will estimate how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count.

You just need to provide the alcohol. We offer everything else for full-service Events and Mixology Classes.

Per industry standard, we recommend one bartender and one bar assistant for every 40-100 guests, depending on the complexity of the cocktails. We will make sure your event is adequately staffed depending on individual customer needs.

Based on the formality of your event, our bartenders will be professionally dressed. However, this is open to discussion during our pre-event consultation.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, balance due the day prior the event.

On average the set up takes about an hour and a half, the event itself is four hours, and clean up about 30 minutes. However, we are flexible and will accommodate your individual needs.

We can go 1 or 2 hours added to the four, but that has to be determined before booking the event for product needs.

We accept Cash, Pay-Pal, Cashier’s Check, personal check only for deposit, and your event is not booked within the same week.

Yes, all of our Mixologists are state certified, and we carry a two-Million-dollar general liability, as well as One Million dollars, liquor liability coverage by Farmers Insurance Co.

There are many reasons why you should hire a professional bartender for your event. First, the Mixologists is the life of the party! You want somebody with experience that can make great drinks fast, and ensure people are having a good time. Second, hiring Luxology Beverage will also save you tons of money because we employ industry standards, portion control techniques; creative cocktails so your alcohol will not run out before your event is over and your drinks are more creative to wow your guests.

Furthermore, it lessens the possibility of people over-serving themselves at an open, self-serve bar, as well as relieving any stress associated with the cocktail service. We make sure that everything is taken care of, so you can enjoy the event! Most important the compliments from your guests.

Gratuity is included on mini/large events only in the per-person cost. Non-event parties’ Mixology Classes gratuity is not included so the client can choose either to tip the bartender(s) directly or allow us to display an event appropriate tip jar so that guests can tip the bartender(s) if they please. We ask that the client directly notify us in advance if he or she prefers to tip directly, for our records and the bartender’s information. Gratuity amount is left up to client’s discretion, but according to Industry standards, gratuity is 10-20% of the total bill provided the client is happy with the service received.

We do not take away any garbage, boxes, bottles, or cans. Please have your area ready for us to place our neatly organized garbage bags @ your location or event hall.
